What is this?
A CMA, or comparative market analysis, is an estimate of the home’s price used to help sellers set listing prices and help buyers make competitive offers. The analysis considers the location, age, size, construction, style, condition, and other factors for the property as well as comparables in the area that have recently sold.

Can't I just look up my Zillow Estimate?
According to Zillow’s website, their estimates have a margin of error between 2.5-7%. While this nationwide average may sound like a safe bet, I have data on my own personal transactions in which the Zestimate was off by as much as 20%. Pricing your home incorrectly could cost you thousands of dollars on your net take-home.

How do I get my free Market Value Opinion?
